Play in style with the Dink + Sip Limited Edition Pickleball Collection
With the 2025 Zimmer Biomet APP New York City Open happening at Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing May 20th through 25th, I stopped by PIX11’s New York Living to share a fun new collaboration- the limited-edition Dink + Sip pickleball collection.
It’s a partnership between The Botanist, which is The Official Gin of Pickleball, and global racquet sports and lifestyle brand Prince, a name we all know. They’ve joined forces on this in perfect time for the APP open coming to Queens next week.
The full collection features a custom tote, paddle, and balls in an eye-catching ‘90s-inspired design. The “Dink-Tini” set includes The Botanist x Prince pickleball gear alongside everything you need to make the perfect martini courtside post-match. It’s a $300 value now available for $200.
The perfect post-match cocktails to mix up this summer
The Botanist has actually established itself as The Official Gin of Pickleball through exclusive partnerships with Major League Pickleball and the Association of Pickleball Players- the APP, which is hosting the open next week. The Botanist is distilled with 22 wild botanicals, which makes for a pefect refreshing cocktail this summer.
For a martini to sip post-match, try the Dink-Tini! Combine 2.5 oz. of The Botanist Islay Dry Gin with ½ an oz. dry vermouth in a mixing glass over ice. Stir to dilute, chill completely, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy.
If you are heading to the APP Open, you can also sample some sips! Just stop by The Botanist booth to try another great cocktail option- the Courtside Collins. For the Courtside Collins, combine 2 oz of The Botanist Islay Dry Gin with 1 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice and 1 oz. simple syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake it well, pour into a highball glass and top with soda water. A nice lemon and mint garnish.
Of course, please drink responsibly only if you’re 21 and older.
